1. The engine was dripping oil after the oil change. I put a pan underneath the car for around 20 hours to see how much oil was dripping out. Then I jacked up the car to check for the leaking source and found that oil was dripping from the drain plug. I re-tightened the bolt with a 8" long socket wrench and could felt that the bolt moved. I only turned the bolt slightly to avoid stripping the thread. I will bring the car back to dealer if oil leak continue. 2. The windshield fluid tank was empty after the service, apparently they did not fill it up. 3. Multi-Point Inspection Report did not come with the receipt, so I did not know if they completed the multi-point inspection or not. 4. I saw that they washed some cars that they have serviced but never on mine! Just out of my curiosity, how they decide if they need to give a car wash to the cars that they serviced. Is it upon customer request (for a cost or free), service that exceed a certain amount or as needed? There was one time that my car was really dirty when I dropped it off to install a auto-dimming rearview mirror. I was a bit disappointed to see it wasn’t cleaned when I picked up the car. But the car parked next to mine was washed clean (the car body was still wet and there was a service number tag hanging on the car's rear view mirror). I have owned different cars such as Toyota, Mazda, Honda and Nissan and the dealers who serviced my cars always (if not every time) washed the cars, but this Hyundai dealer NEVER washed my car.
