I love that Bercher makes doing business with them so convenient by picking up the car and then delivering it when they're done. Saves lots of time. However, this past time, my lug key was broken due to the high pressure impact wrench and although they did rig it enough to get the tires back on, I still ended up with a broken key. Called Acura and a new one is only $15 so I will replace it but now I'm scared to let it be used since there was no offer made to replace it and the impact wrench is likely to break it again.
