Service, service, service! 3/7/2014

I always feel like I am the only customer they have--I get that kind of attention. They do the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. Really appreciate that my car can be picked up and delivered, so the job is done while I stay at work, with no loss of wages or sick leave. Thanks to all the fine people at Bercher Tire! more

Bercher Tire was less than C&H Tire! 2/21/2014

I priced tires and some front end work here and Kim Bercher gave me a quote. He was professional and upfront with what was needed. I brought the vehicle in and added to the work because the mechanics/Kim Bercher didn't try to run the bill up. I was pleased with the work and care taken to fix my wife's vehicle. more

INFORMATIVE and RESPECTFUL 10/18/2013

Tells me up front what the costs are, what the possible outcomes are. Treats me with dignity when I can't afford all the repairs needed to keep car in Cadillac shape and suggests alternatives. Repairs completed within time frame given. Honesty. I get it all with you guys. more

My dad recommended Berchers to me because he had experience with them through the care of the fleet at his place of business. I know when Katt picks up my car, it will be serviced and returned on time. They are my first choice for auto care. They always have time to do it right at a fair price. flat tire 9/23/2013

Went in one morning b4 work w/ 2 leaky tires. Was very impressed when they finished and was handed the $25 ticket and was told not to worry about the bill. I did purchase those tires from Bercher, but that was exceptional customer service! more

Almost perfect service 8/20/2013

I love that Bercher makes doing business with them so convenient by picking up the car and then delivering it when they're done. Saves lots of time. However, this past time, my lug key was broken due to the high pressure impact wrench and although they did rig it enough to get the tires back on, I still ended up with a broken key. Called Acura and a new one is only $15 so I will replace it but now I'm scared to let it be used since there was no offer made to replace it and the impact wrench is likely to break it again. more
