I brought in a ring to be appraised. They told me normal price. Is $45 but since i had original appraisal. It would not be as much.( I bought it here). Was told it would be done in a week. It took 4 WEEKS. Kept calling and said the jeweler was out (aka Joyce). Finally went and picked up and of course charged the full $45. \r
She is ruining her families business!!! Well, now its hers. They used to be the place to go to get high quality jewelry. NOT anymore. She buys jewelry from anybody ( i was in there when they did-and it looked like the guy just stole it). Don't go there if you want high quality and good service.
