My kids Wii stoped reading disk last weekend. I went to gamestop at northlake mall and they told me about Reapers Game Consoles in south Charlotte. I called and and they said they could fix it the same day. When we got there they stoped what they were doing and started the work then. They let you sit back in the shop so you can see them fix it. That was very cool. The tech show the laser not working then put a new one in and show me it working and did a full cleaning on it. $60.00 and was out of there in 20 min's. Very nice shop. Wish I had one like that. Anyway....... If you want your game console repaired right, then these are the guys to take it to.\r

Update ...... 8-11-13. Had to take in my ps3 for the yellow light. One day service and now runs quieter than ever. Great job!
