Reapers

My kids Wii stoped reading disk last weekend. I went to gamestop at northlake mall and they told me about Reapers Game Consoles in south Charlotte. I called and and they said they could fix it the same day. When we got there they stoped what they were doing and started the work then. They let you sit back in the shop so you can see them fix it. That was very cool. The tech show the laser not working then put a new one in and show me it working and did a full cleaning on it. $60.00 and was out of there in 20 min's. Very nice shop. Wish I had one like that. Anyway....... If you want your game console repaired right, then these are the guys to take it to.\r \r Update ...... 8-11-13. Had to take in my ps3 for the yellow light. One day service and now runs quieter than ever. Great job! more

I once again drop my latest electronic melt down here. This time a Xbox 360. It had the Red ring of Death to which reapers was able to repair and I picked it up the very next day! \r \r Reapers moved locations to 3707 Scott Futrell Road, Charlotte North Carolina 28208 more

I just have to say, wow! I was told to call these guys by Game Stop in Huntersville because I had the yellow light of death. So I looked up their web site and the cost is $80.00 for that repair. So I called to make a appointment and they said to just stop by anytime and if I bring it by its only $70.00. He said the price on the web site is for the consoles that are shipped in. I get there around 10am there was 3 guys going at it. Looked like they were working on 10 xboxes and ps3s and said it would be done by 5pm. When I got back they all were finished and playing a game. I want that job. Great Job. They also fix a lot of other things to. more

I recently took my PS3 to Reapers for service. Their senior technician Gary started working on my system as soon as I walked in. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and it was obvious he?d worked on hundreds of PS3s at the rate he was disassembling, diagnosing and then repairing my system. Gary determined the blu-ray laser on my PS3 had burned out. He had the correct laser replacement in stock and was able to swap out the laser, clean the entire PS3 and reassemble/test everything in around an hour. I will definitely be back for any future PS3 service needs. more

This guy claims he can fix any yellow light on any PS3. He stole my serial number off of my Playstation and returned it to Sony for a $99 upgrade for a brand new machine. more

Im at Reapers now and they are fixing my android screen I like how they have everything in stock my phone should be fixed in the next 20 min. more

I got my Android fixed here the same day i brought it in. They educated me on why the software tends to freeze up. they also repair screens here. more

Reapers has great cell phone repair. they fixed my i phone screen that was pretty much all cracked up. It was fixed in only 30 mins these guys are great and have a very knowledgeable staff.. Was also awesome they let me play some games while I waited:) more
