SOS did not service my furnace properly when I first moved a year ago. We were running out of oil every three months and because we miss one payment they removed us from automatic refill. I ran out of oil on the coldest days in January and February and they refused to come to my home to fill my tank because we owed them $200. I have a four year old and I am pregnant and I practically had to beg them to do the right thing. They recently debited money out of my account without authorization and again I had to fight to get my money back. When I asked them if they were planning to come to bring my oil they said I would be charged another fee if I wanted them to come today. I had 5 different companies come into my home to look at my furnace and everyone said that the first service that was done was not done property and that my values were turned so that I would use more oil then needed. When I called SOS about this in February they said the service manager would call me to discuss it and he never did. When I asked for some sort of credit because I then had to pay another company to come in and fix their mistake SOS called me a liar and refused to do anything. They are crooks and all they care about is getting their money. Their customers are not their priority. Stay away from them at all costs! more
