I called LIMRIC after another local company tried to make me an appointment as my ceiling full of water was coming down on my car in the garage. BJ came right away and worked straight through until 9 pm installing my new water heater. He told me how it would be smarter to move it to the garage (it was in the 3rd floor attic) and explained everything he needed to do. He was courteous and professional and just a nice guy. I just want to say thank you BJ.
