I am a 40 something mother of 4 kids and was tired ALL OF THE TIME. When 3pm rolled around I was watching the clock for bedtime but so still tired in the morning even though I'd had over 8 hours of sleep. My quality of life was terrible. My friends and colleagues all remarked about the change in my demeanor and my attitude.
