Review content:
I am a 40 something mother of 4 kids and was tired ALL OF THE TIME. When 3pm rolled around I was watching the clock for bedtime but so still tired in the morning even though I'd had over 8 hours of sleep. My quality of life was terrible. At first I worked at my symptoms utilizing the knowledge I have gleaned over the years about diet and exercise and getting enough rest and drinking enough water. I eliminated caffeine, alcohol and sugar. I did feel a little better after all of these positive changes (after the with-drawls of course) but I was still so tired! I thought perhaps I had chronic fatigue syndrome or perhaps it was my thyroid? So I went to Tanya to seek her advice. She put me through a very thorough gamut of tests and determined that my thyroid was healthy but my adrenal glands were tapped. In addition, I had some food allergies I was completely unaware of. After making the adjustments to my diet and my lifestyle (she prescribed at least 5 min of complete quiet time) I was a new woman! My friends and colleagues all remarked about the change in my demeanor and my attitude. I seriously feel that Tanya saved my life and am very grateful to her for being patient, thorough and understanding. It's so lovely to be back on top of things again. Thank you Tanya!
