I brought my car in for service to fix a waranteed problem with the remote starter FOB. It only unlocked the front doors not the back doors. While servicing the vehicle, the computer to start the vehicle was accidentally cleared and it required a Car Dealer to spend 4 hours reprogramming the computer. Even though Long Radio started the vehicle to pull it into the bay, they claimed no responsibility for resetting the computer and stuck me with a $452 invoice.I The car dealer stated that it could absolutely have been caused by them crossing wires. I am now taking the matter to small claims court.
