They came out to fix our AC, looked at the filter, said it was dirty and left after a $75 service call. We left for a week's vacation the next day and came home to a 90 degree house! When we called to have them come back, they wanted to charge us, not only another service call, but a $50 emergency fee because it was Sunday. They clearly failed to diagnose the original problem, but now won't come make it right without a $125 charge. We paid them to fix our AC, they didn't do it and now they want to charge us again. $200 and still nothing is fixed?? Will never call them again.
