I went to Fuji's for the first time, today. They were busy, still was greeted in a prompt manner. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get a seating, did I care? Absolutely not since they remembered the line order and took into the customers concerns. As I sat down and after my friend changed into her dress I got her earlier and we both were sitting, was immediately asked by the head sushi chef I guess if we wanted him to make anything in particular which is rare for the chefs to ask if we want anything since usually we've had to flag them down and ask ourselves but no he came to us. After awhile of waiting at the conveyor belt and noticing my favorite sushi Ebi (Steamed Shrimp) wasn't on the rotating course, before I could ask him he noticed and said so is there something you'd like and BAM he whips up 4 Ebi's super fast gives me two, puts two on the belt which I immediately grab and later on he just says good thing I made 4 I was guessing you were gonna take one, and made another two just in case which another customer wanted to try but obviously I took the second. NOW THE CALAMARI, I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE CALAMARI. But I have found a place that is an exception, its 5 dollars for the square plate but you definitely get a generous serving of it so it might be even better than ordering a calamari appetizer at a restaurant because the two of us ate it and there was still plenty. All in all, I just give it a 10 it was so awesome and the head chef was just so incredibly relaxed and courteous to us, there might have been a picture menu with corresponding dishes and I was just oblivious but if not maybe just do that you guys are set. I had absolutely 0 complaints about Fuji's.\r

and I work in retail so I know too well of when its busy its hard to get to customers and help them out and seat them (or in my case get them a fitting room) but the Itamae's were still on top of it all. Apparently it was even busier earlier that they had to send people home? So I'm glad I had the experience its gonna be my go to sushi restaurant until I may move back to Hawaii.
