FRAUDULENT!! I'm having this company investigated by private and regulatory agencies for fraudulent billing practices.\r

They performed unnecessary procedures to tell them the same thing a visual inspection with an otoscope already told them (fluid in my ear). Why you ask?\r

The visual otoscope is covered by insurance co-pay. The Tympanometry they performed applies toward your deductible. They also performed a nasal endoscope for $343. What was the cure for my horrific ailment you ask? Pinch my nose and blow. That's right $588 in charges to tell me to pinch my nose and blow (like equalizing your ears when snorkeling).\r

My own doctor has confirmed at least one of the tests was not necessary after the visual inspection.\r

I'm reporting this company to my insurance company (they take fraudulent billing seriously too), the AMA, the Secretary of State, Better Business Bureau, state Insurance Commissioner and everyone else I can think of.\r
