I have been a customer of Good Hope Animal Clinic, now Good Hope Animal Hospital for 20 years. The staff has always been nice even when they are extremely busy, which is most of the time. The staff is very knowledgeable. I have seen all the vets there but my favorite vet is Dr. Heidecker. He is straight forward with what he thinks is going on with my pets.\r

I have had a lot of pets because I also have an animal rescue. Good Hope Animal Hospital has also done their part with the rescue community. They have several rescue groups as clients at the hospital as well as they participate at the event at City Island for the dog rescue groups. I have tried other vets until I found Good Hope. The prices were higher, the staff was rude and I was not comfortable with the vets. After all, to most of us, our pets are our babies. \r

Good Hope Animal Hospital is a clean facility, even the bathroom is clean. It never has any type of pet odor when you walk in or when you are in the examine room. And yes, sometimes they are behind. They may have a life threatening emergency come it. That is a priority above all else. Or what the person came in for turns out to be more involved than a 15 minute visit. That happens sometimes at my own doctors. But it is nice to know that if that was my baby in there at that time, the staff is doing everything they can do to say his life.\r

I have referred friends, people that have adopted from me and I have had nothing but good feed back. So having said all of that, I would highly recommend Good Hope Animal Hospital! I love them!\r
