Gale called the day they were supposed to arrive to make sure that we were still on schedule because we were closing on our new house on the same day that we were moving. Unfortunately, we had to push back closing by a couple of days. Gale was very understanding and did not charge us any rescheduling fee (even though they could). Once they did show up, they were extremely helpful. We had to move into our new house while the 2nd floor was still under renovation so most things were going in the garage besides our bed, a couch, and all the baby's things. We gave them a list (which happened to be incomplete) of the items that we wanted in the basement. When they saw items that they thought we would need, they would ask us anyway if the item should go in the basement or not. With some items, it was our mistake and thank god that they asked us because we forgot to put that on the list. Rockland Movers the best movers and a great service!
