Employees not service oriented nor are they customer friendly. Had a ad experience a couple of weeks ago with a male manicurist and said that I would not go back. Apparently I did not learn from the previous experience or I'm a sucker for poor service, indifference and dismissive attitudes. \r

Do not make the mistake that I made. Find another salon where the nail technicians are respectful and take pride in the job they do. Going to Floris was the same as opening my car window and throwing. Money away.\r

I'm even taking my it further in expressing my dissatisfaction because I will be certain to warn co-workers, friends and others about my experience.\r
