Employees not service oriented nor are they customer friendly. Had a ad experience a couple of weeks ago with a male manicurist and said that I would not go back. Apparently I did not learn from the previous experience or I'm a sucker for poor service, indifference and dismissive attitudes. \r \r Do not make the mistake that I made. Find another salon where the nail technicians are respectful and take pride in the job they do. Going to Floris was the same as opening my car window and throwing. Money away.\r \r I'm even taking my it further in expressing my dissatisfaction because I will be certain to warn co-workers, friends and others about my experience.\r more

I originally had a poor experience at this salon, but I did go back for a regular manicure/pedicure and had a completely different experience. more

I gave this salon a try since it was new and had a decent selection of nail colors. I was wrong. The manicurist that I unfortunately ended up with was rude and gave the worst service I ever had, which is saying a lot since I try new salons all the time. The moment she saw a customer that she was ""friends"" with, she rushed through my nails, applying a glob of top coat, bubbles and creases forming on practically each nail. I address this to her and she proceeded to rush through fixing them. When she seated me to a dryer, she threw my purse on the table with an attitude. She attended to her ""friend"", sucking up to her daughter and taking her time doing her nails. This place deserves no stars but I give one star to the front desk employee who noticed that I was displeased. She assigned another manicurist to me who, noticing how awful my manicure looked, did my nails all over again. I spent 2 hours at a salon due to an employee's careless, atrocious and rude behavior towards me. Do you think a $9 manicure is worth it at Floris? I think the answer is crystal clear. more

It is ALWAYS immaculate (not clean, IMMACULATE) at floris. The people are friendly and accomodating, and the service is great. Yes, the prices are high but it is worth it, your manicure does not chip in a day like it does elsewhere, and like they say- you get what you pay for. more
