I had a coupon for oil change, filter, and tire rotation for $14.95. My car has less than 20,000 \r
miles on it and is in excellent condition. After 30 minutes in the shop, I was called and told I \r
needed new tires and new battery. I was told I needed new wiper blades too, even though I \r
replaced them a month ago. Ocello's said they wouldn't rotate the tires due to uneven wear on one rear tire. I examined the tire and found no such wear. The dealership said the tires and battery were fine. The final charge was more than $20 after they packed on unadvertised fees. If this is the way they want to attract business from Kings Point in Tamarac, they are off to a bad start. I'm so tired of all the ""up selling,"" especially when I didn't request an inspection. How about doing honest work at the price you advertised?
