I purchased a Clear HotSpot from Bundy Computer. I decided to return it within the 30 day return period that Clear provides refunds for as part of their guarantee. Because I no longer had the original packaging, Bundy Computer refused to accept the return. \r

Fortunately, Clear allowed me to return the product directly to them. I thought that going to such a well-established business would ensure exceptional customer support - I was wrong. It appears they are only interested in making the sale. They will have no return business from me - and I will warn others to stay clear of their business.
