I've been dealing with ""Bundy"" since 1996, either at Roosevelt Mall or their Bustleton ave. locations. I have purchased three MACS from them so far, and my Daughter one. I love the personal service they provide & their prices even beat Apple's site! My last computer needed a motherboard (covered under ext. warranty), & was as good as new in 3days. Highly Recommended! more

Poor Customer Support.\r \r I purchased a Clear HotSpot from Bundy Computer. I decided to return it within the 30 day return period that Clear provides refunds for as part of their guarantee. Because I no longer had the original packaging, Bundy Computer refused to accept the return. \r \r Fortunately, Clear allowed me to return the product directly to them. I thought that going to such a well-established business would ensure exceptional customer support - I was wrong. It appears they are only interested in making the sale. They will have no return business from me - and I will warn others to stay clear of their business. more
