Drs. Harrigan and Webster are wonderful people and doctors and that is the ONLY reason why I go back to this office and put up with the unprofessionalism. Very thorough and skilled and I have total confidence in both of them.\r

The staff, on the other hand, is totally lacking in professionalism, courtesy, customer service, competence, and attention to details. Some of the people at the front desk make you feel as though they are doing you a favor – and they certainly do not “work up a sweat” at their job.\r

Also, on another note, the entire office needs to be professionally cleaned and disinfected: walls, floors, doors, bathrooms, etc. There are all kinds of marks and smudges on the walls and doors that have been there since I first started coming. \r
