Drs. Harrigan and Webster are wonderful people and doctors and that is the ONLY reason why I go back to this office and put up with the unprofessionalism. Very thorough and skilled and I have total confidence in both of them.\r \r The staff, on the other hand, is totally lacking in professionalism, courtesy, customer service, competence, and attention to details. Some of the people at the front desk make you feel as though they are doing you a favor – and they certainly do not “work up a sweat” at their job.\r \r Also, on another note, the entire office needs to be professionally cleaned and disinfected: walls, floors, doors, bathrooms, etc. There are all kinds of marks and smudges on the walls and doors that have been there since I first started coming. \r more

I think Dr. Webster is terrific! Although some of the clinics nurses need to go back to school on how to treat a patient...??? His front desk people need to learn something called ""customer service with a smile""!!! more

In the last ten years I haven't received such special care from a medical organization. This was the first time met me and such a thorough examiniation was not expected. Thank you doctor for taking the extra time to just explain to me what was being done and why. You exhibit an excellent ""bedside manner"", something I haven't seen in a long time. Please pass my thanks and appreciation to your entire staff. more

Never had a bad experience going to Horizons. Love both doctors. They have both been helpful every time me or my son have went. Pros: Great Doctors Cons: Have had to wait 4 hours one time. more

PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! The worst service ever. Went to get my son a physical for sports, I asked that they fill out two nearly exact forms that were both for sports physicals, they wanted to charge me $40 for the first form and $20 for the second. I asked why, when all they had to do was copy the info from one form to the next and have the doctor sign since we were getting the physical right then. They said the doctor's signature was worth $20. What kind of practice is that? I could understand if they had to look up patient records, fax it, etc, but how hard is it to fill out two forms at once? Just ridiculous and the manager, an Indian woman was VERY disrespectful. She said if I asked her, she might let me not pay the extra $20, but I had to ask her and say I couldn't afford it. What an ego! Money wasn't the issue, it was the principle of the matter. I asked to speak to the doctor; Dr. Webster, she wouldn't let me. I asked for the owner or who was in charge, she said she was. Which I knew was a lie, she didn't own Horizons. They are horrible, and I would never go back. I discourage anyone from going, they will try and nickle and dime you to death. PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!!!! Pros: None. Cons: Disrespectful, Apathetic and Rip Offs more
