Founded in 1811, the inn and restaurant are owned by the Dale family for the past 53 years. We ate in the tap room with 20 drafts and 350 bottled beers from the world over. Friendly staff and patrons. For food, the Kimmweck beef sandwich with homemade chips, pickle, and beer was hard to beat for 9 bucks. Next to us, the steamed mussels smelled buttery and garlicky. An ambitious menu with something for everyone at all price levels. Worth driving out of your way.
