I called Mr. Sparks last week about replacing my A/C compressor. I told him what CarX had said needed to be replaced. He told me that in his years of A/C repair, the extra parts that they had quoted normally did not need to be replaced. (A $350 difference in repair price) He said he would replace the compressor and if the other parts were needed he could replace them also.\r

He showed up with his big auto repair truck (pretty impressive) and got right to work. 3 hours later he was finished and cleaned up. He spent some time teaching me a little about my A/C system. My A/C is blowing cold now.\r

It was so nice to be able to get things done around the house while he fixed my car instead of sitting in a repair shop waiting for it to get done.\r

He was very friendly and professional and I really appreciated his honesty. He could have just replaced the parts I told him about and I would have never know the difference. He saved me $350. It is refreshing to find someone who puts honesty above profit. I will definitely use him for any further auto repairs.
