US Adventure RV s service was fine up until we returned our RV. We rented the RV to go to Autobahn country club for the weekend from Friday-Sunday. As part of the rental we put down a $1500 deposit. We drove 15 miles round trip over the course of 3 days and we were around the RV at all times. We dropped our RV off on Sunday afternoon in their parking lot per their instructions.\r \r On Tuesday after we dropped off the RV we were informed that the RV had been scratched on the hood and that we were accountable for all of the damage. We were sent two thumbnail pictures showing small scratches on the hood. Had we been camping in the forest or driving long distances it may have been possible to get these scratches, however this RV was parked in an open field and only driven a small distance. We spoke to Bryan Kendall at US Adventure to let him know any damage to the RV in this scenario was impossible and his response was that something could have happened between Sunday and Tuesday. It just so happened that there was a large thunderstorm on Monday, June 10th and their parking spaces (where we were told to park) are underneath large trees. Strangely we did not hear about the damage until AFTER the thunderstorm on June 11th when we were told that there was damage to the hood.\r \r They held our deposit for over a month prior to getting an estimate as they had to rent out their damaged RV to customers before they quoted us $800 to fix it and sent us our balance. Be VERY careful of renting from this company as unless you document the exact condition of the RV you may be on the hook for much more than the rental price. more
