Just wanted to let you know of your poor service to one of our rental properties that you serviced twice through our property manager. \r

The first service was coolant injected which was a costly fix, although, it did not fix the problem. A second service call happened and basically told our tenant that the AC is working correctly. Another close to $100 service fee to tell us nothing. \r

We had to call another company to correctly diagnose the issue. They discovered the coils on the exterior were clogged and the evaporator coil (inside the unit) was totally clogged up. Wow so simple. Thanks for charging us for nothing. Really appreciate it.
