Unfortunately, my ezip bike battery died today(while still under warranty). I called the phone number provided in my warranty paperwork, and surprisingly , was greeted by a company rep(Tina) who actually understood my predicament immediately. Not only that, but then she proceeded to walk me through an analysis of my problem. She patiently explained the situation and informed me of the options open to me by the warranty. Imagine...she understood, she informed and she competently explained things, all in a relaxed and informative manner. That's really RARE these days! I almost didn't mind that the ezip experience is costing me more money.
