My appointment with Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Columbia was at 7. I got there around 6:50 and saw there were two guys standing out there with their trucks in front of the two garages, so I didn't pull up. I just parked in the service area. When the gate opened, I proceeded to go in and told them I was next in line. They were VERY rude to me! They told me I should have pulled up, that I was holding up business, that I was parked in the wrong spot, etc.
On top of that, the airbag light that kept turning on and that they said they would fix came right back on after I left. It wasn't fixed! This place is way too far for me to keep having to drive down and get attitude from the workers.
