When you make an appointment for service, don't expect them to service your vehicle at that time. My wife waited 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuse replacement. When she went up to ask about when the car would be done, they hadn't even started on it. They said they didn't know she was waiting. It should not have made any difference if she was waiting or not. She made an appointment for a certain time to have work done on the vehicle! Even after all this waiting, they didn't wash the vehicle like they were supposed to. AND my wife was late for her job that day! When I make an appointment for a doctor, dentist, attorney, or anyone else, I DO NOT expect to have to wait over two hours for them to begin the work and especially if I have to remind them after the two hours are up!! more
