Being a 23 year old female & not knowing a thing about cars, Hyundai always makes me feel comfortable & it's always willing to help me in every aspect they can. It's the best company we've ever been with. This is the third vehicle we've had with Hyundai & we have yet to have any problems at all. more

Potential - but blowing it 1/27/2014

They lose appointments; don't have loaner cars available even though I schedule them and when I do get one it's usually dirty. And there's hardly anyone ever at the parts department to order accessories and if he is there he can't find what you want - even though a co-worker ordered the same part for the same type of car earlier in the week...friendly enough; just very unorganized - probably overbook and too cheap to hire additional staff more

They treat DARKER skinned female customers badly!! 1/9/2014

I have called and stopped by for service and treated poorly. From being told they could not wash my car with paid service because it wasn't purchased there to my bad idle and gas issues is just the car. NOT trying to see what the issue is. Car has 12,000 miles???? Do not like this dealership! If the place of purchase was closer I would NEVER step foot on the premises. more

Service Department 1/3/2014

I was treated rudely. They couldn't find my appointment. Told I would be called and wasn't, then when I called was told not to call back that they would call me when the part was in. I have been to other Hyundai dealerships and this is not how I have been treated. The service man here told me, "I don't care about your problem!" when I tried to explain about the appointment confusion. I don't want to go to an establishment that doesn't care about my problems with them! more
