Using Carmon Funeral home has been the worst experience in my life especial at a time like this. I made all my arrangements with the owner and the service was horrible. Here is my list of complaints: 1. They did not die my mother's hair as I requested on several occasion and I even provided a photo. 2. The casket I selected was not the correct color. 3. I had to basically verify my insurance information yet they charge you 5% of the balance to complete the insurance work. 4. They ran out of thank you cards. I was told I had to pick them up later. Well you messed this up so I feel you should get them to me. 5. They did not coordinate with the other funeral (my mother died in another state) to request my death certificate. 6. The day of the funeral my mother's clothing as a mess. The funeral director did not check her appearance prior to letting people view her body.
