Paul greeting my husband and me when we walked in. He offered his assistance in a kind and helpful manner without being pushy or overbearing. He immediately put us at ease and assisted us through the entire process of purchasing a car including educating us on KIA's in general to the specifics of all different models, styles, accessories and purchase / lease options. We test drove many different vehicles and Paul was able to answer any and all of our questions about the specifics of each car. Paul was knowledgeable, thorough and patient, and gave us all the time and information we needed to make an educated and informed purchase - and believe me, we sure are thorough and ask a LOT of questions.
