I usually dont write very many reviews but I wanted to share the great experience I had at Peak Kia. I had been looking around and doing my research on a new car, one of them being the Kia Optima. I made some calls to see who had inventory and ended up talking to Victor Sena there. From the very beginning I was very comfortable with the way he does business. He gave me all of the information I was looking for and wasnt pushy at all. Since they had a couple of them i decided to stop in and take a look and was again impressed with the way Victor approached me. He was not one of those typical car salesman. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer all my questions. After doing a test drive I was pretty convinced this was the right one but I wanted to take some time to think about it. When I told this to him he was not only OK with it but encouraged me! he gave me some information on the car and even gave me a website I could get more information. After thinking it over for a couple days I made up my mind and went in to get my new car. the whole process was very simple and took no time at all. I even got a call from Victor a couple days later to make sure everything was going good. I was extremely satisfied with Peak Kia and Victor and would definitely recommend going to see him if you are in the market. more

Very impressed with Victor and my overall experience at peak kia! This dealership is on point and has a great team running and training these guys. Victor was probably one of the most respectful and polite sales persons I have ever met. He had a great attitude and was very informative answering all the questions I continually asked him for the several hours I was car shopping. Boy was he patient! I was looking for the “boxy” crossover like the scion xb and the Nissan cube but I read great reviews on the Kia Soul so I wanted to see for my self. Was so impressed I couldn’t leave without it!! Paperwork and signing was quick and convenient and I was out of there in no time with my new kia soul!! Excellent work Victor and outstanding customer service in general from his team. Go and check them out for yourselves! more

John B. was very upfront and detail oriented with each potential option I had had in mind for my car purchase and brought a lot of honest wisdom to the table which solidified a comfortable and painless car buying process. John B. was a key component to aiding me in breaking free from my pattern of getting into problematic car owning situations. I love my car!! more

The experience I had with Peak Kia was very thorough and right on point when it came to choosing the car for me!! John B. was the dealer that I worked with and he showed me many different kinds of cars that each came with their own individual sets of factors and details so I had a wide variety to choose from. He helped me to identify what my preferences were and what was going to give me the most fulfillment in an automobile. He facilitated getting me the most bang for my buck even with regard to resale years down the road. more

I had the BEST car buying experience here! Denny Galluzzo was fantastic. He didn't waste my time and found me exactly what I wanted right away. The entire process went so smoothly. I didn't have to sit around for hours on end haggling my soul away. (That was the best part!) I was probably in and out of there, with a test drive, in about 1.5 hours. Including financing! If only my previous car buying experiences had been so easy. I highly recommend going to Denny. He won't jerk you around and he will get you the best deal he possibly can. more

I am giving the the rating of all 5's to the Peak Kia Dealership in Littleton, Colorado because of the excellent service of Paul O'Farrell and Brian Overton. Paul greeting my husband and me when we walked in. He offered his assistance in a kind and helpful manner without being pushy or overbearing. He immediately put us at ease and assisted us through the entire process of purchasing a car including educating us on KIA's in general to the specifics of all different models, styles, accessories and purchase / lease options. We test drove many different vehicles and Paul was able to answer any and all of our questions about the specifics of each car. Paul was knowledgeable, thorough and patient, and gave us all the time and information we needed to make an educated and informed purchase - and believe me, we sure are thorough and ask a LOT of questions. We purchased a Sorento. We worked with Matthew Sandoval. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and accommodating. Matthew answered every question in detail. Patience seemed to be his middle name! Buying a car can be a very unpleasant experience but Matthew and Peak Kia made that experience not only pleasant but enjoyable. This was the most positive experience I've ever had when buying a car. Josh returned my e-mail via phone call immediately. Was pleasant to work with. When I got there he had a car ready for me to test drive. He remembered everything I wanted (including price range) from our phone conversation . He made no attempt to sell me anything but what I wanted.. The financing was a great experience with low rate and a payment I have no trouble living with. I would recommend Peak Kia and Joshua to whoever has the same anxiety I experience when buying a new car. They made it so easy. more

Peak Kia is a GREAT IDEA!! 4/30/2013

I wanted to replace my 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS( I miss it) with a newish Kia Forte Koup, Shannon was so great to work with! I really felt like a person and not a "sale". This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Never once did I feel rushed or pushed to purchase the new car which was so refreshing and something I had not experienced in the past. \r \r This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I recommend the dealership and especially Shannon!\r Kristy is also very nice and laid back, she was also much help too!\r \r I actually just recommended him/dealer to my best friend that she thinking about trading in her car for a new Kia, so I will spend another day hanging with the Peak Kia crew!! more

Coming from a previous Kia Spectra, the Peak Kia service department has always had wonderful customer service. So when it was time to buy a new car, Peak Kia was our first choice to go to. We were still nervous about buying a car and Lalo Rincon made the entire experience painless and in the end we actually enjoyed the process, because he made us feel comfortable and never pressured us into buying. He was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and answered all of questions and even pointed out things that we had not noticed. He made sure that the vehicle was the right fit for us.\r Lalo was very patient with use as we tested out the Sportage, the Soul, and Sorento. When we decided on the Sorento we were even able to drive the Kia Sorento home to make sure that it would fit in our garage before we bought it. We will definitely do business with them again and will be recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.\r more

Buying a car from Peak Kia was by far the most “painless” car buying experience we’ve ever had. Shannon Nicoletti was knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles. He seemed very genuine about our wants and needs as family. We never felt pressured to buy and will definitely be back for future purchases. Our 2014 Kia Sorento SXL is fantastic!!
