BJ Richardson came today to do a plumbing inspection of our house. He was professional and courteous and did not pressure me to have any work done, but he did point out some items that needed attention and then fixed them for a reasonable price. He also gave good advice on how I can maintain drain lines, toilets, and garbage disposal myself to keep them running well.
