I prefer Santa Rosa Children's Hospital for...childrens needs. While the esthetics and location may be better at NC Baptist, the support staff in the pediatric wing are not as nice as Santa Rosa's. I loved the ER doctor and nurse named Michelle(British accent). Once we were admitted, Dr. Zuckerman was our doctor. He was a lovely and knowledgeable man. The Chaplain was also delightful to visit with. But the nurses, not so much. That is who we deal with the majority of the time. If we ever need to admit my son into the hospital :/, I will not be choosing NC Baptist.
