BEWARE ! They claim to have a 15 day return/exchange policy - but they really don't. If you get the item home and discover it's faulty - they will NOT exchange it - but instead attempt to only give you 50% credit for it. Very poor customer service. Do not buy ANY expensive electronics/televisions without first ""testing it"" in the store before purchase. \r \r The manager will further insinuate that you caused the damage or that you broke it after it left the store. \r \r Maybe other Best Buy managers provide better service - but do NOT purchase items from this store !!!\r more
