BEWARE ! Horrible customer service. \r They "claim" to have a 15 day return/exchange policy - \r but when you try to return a defective item - they insinuate that you damaged the item and act like they are doing your a favor by offering you 50% credit on an item that they sold as defective. \r \r Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this store. Shop elsewhere.\r Management tries to screw customers out of a legitimate exchange or refund. more

BEWARE ! They claim to have a 15 day return/exchange policy - but they really don't. If you get the item home and discover it's faulty - they will NOT exchange it - but instead attempt to only give you 50% credit for it. Very poor customer service. Do not buy ANY expensive electronics/televisions without first ""testing it"" in the store before purchase. \r \r The manager will further insinuate that you caused the damage or that you broke it after it left the store. \r \r Maybe other Best Buy managers provide better service - but do NOT purchase items from this store !!!\r more

This Best Buy location has never failed to please. They carry major appliances, TVs, audio equipment, etc., etc., as well as a fantastic selection of DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes...you can't go wrong here. The staff seems to always be helpful and pleasant. more
