I hired Sure Load June 2 for an in-state move, less than 50 miles away. Crew arrived 2 hours late, then the real trouble began. Every member of the crew took frequent breaks, one after another. Between all the smoking, they managed to scuff or break multiple pieces of furniture, a doorway, and several walls, and that was before the truck even moved. Upon arrival at the new place, I discovered they had broken 2 mirrors, destroyed a priceless picture frame and left a 6inch break across the screen of my flat screen television. The crew was not even apologetic when I pointed out these concerns before signing the invoice. The claim process is an absolute joke, we have no hope of ever seeing any restitution for all the damages they caused that day. The manager offered me $20 for my trouble for a positive review online, there's not a chance I'd recommend them for any amount!! Frankly, I would've rented a truck and moved myself if I knew their crew was this untrained and unapologetic.
