As a home owner who interviewed quite a few property mgt companies when we received orders I can say I am totally disappointed in this organization.\r

The turn over rate in the office is ridiculous. No one was ever the same and I was having to update names constantly on my home warranty program so that someone could get a work order placed due to it.\r

In addition - they made an accounting error and when called on it they didn't want to return emails or calls. I finally got a hold of the owner and was met with a horrible attitude. She didn't want to deal with it. When finally pressed that I was about to jump a flight from our current duty station with family it tow and I would be taking my keys back when I got there so finally made a 'plan' to deal with it.\r

We were promised inspections and reports and over two years nothing. No photos, no reports. When the tenants PCS'd I get a report with items that were to be addressed 6 months prior. I paid for those items to be fixed, addressed or dealt with by the home warranty and Peach Tree never did. The poor tenants were left hanging and I was never informed.\r

In addition when asked for photographs of 'issues' they wanted us to pay for they would not provide any - even when they informed us they had them.\r

I fired them. I am beyond irritated because the new mgt company had to wait 2 weeks to get the keys. After many calls and no responses Peach Tree was TOLD that they new company would be there by a certain time and it was up to them how unprofessional they wanted to look in front of another company in town.\r

Guess what - those issues they wanted money for didn't even exist. I finally have video of my house - inside and out, I have a team who have been with their company for over 20 years.\r

Avoid renting from Peach Tree, avoid having your property managed by them as well. We have others in our unit who also PCS'd they have bigger horror stories to tell. We all chose them at the same time and we are all firing them at the same time.
