DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL REGRET IT. I Had the pleasure (shall I say un-pleasure) of hiring this company to assist me in purchasing a new home. My experience with this company started off great, but degraded to disbelief. In my opinion, Cyndi, the owner, is less than professional and her only interest is helping the builders move homes, although I hired her company to ensure my interest are being watched over. She will not return your phone calls or emails, unless money is involved. She will blow your concerns off or minimize them. I've purchased over 5 homes and this is one of the worst experiences. If my family and I were not pressed for time, I would have waited until my formal agreement ended with Peachtree and went with Remax or another company. Customer Service is substandard...rookie operation. Lesson learned, ensure you get EVERYTHING in writing. Including something as simple as, a mailbox will be provided for the home. more

f you think for one minute about employing this company to do anything for you management or real estate wise, you're throwing your money and your housing investment away. i read every review here. the negative reviews are spot on. the people at peachtree, to include the owner, are rude, incompetent, and condescending. email me. i'll forward emails from the owner to you for you to see for yourself. the employee turnover is ridiculous and lends to their issues. our renters hated dealing with them. they seek to take as much money from you as possible through poor and unneeded repairs. that happened to be the final straw and the reason i fired them. and yes, the repairs can take forever. after a two year contract to manage my rental, not one promise did they keep. not one inspection report did i receive. not one set of photos did i receive. they definitely did not have my best interest or my house's in mind during those two years. this company is clearly on it's way out of business. stay as far away from them as possible. do not hire peachtree. stay away from this company. go with anyone else in the local area. more

As a home owner who interviewed quite a few property mgt companies when we received orders I can say I am totally disappointed in this organization.\r \r The turn over rate in the office is ridiculous. No one was ever the same and I was having to update names constantly on my home warranty program so that someone could get a work order placed due to it.\r \r In addition - they made an accounting error and when called on it they didn't want to return emails or calls. I finally got a hold of the owner and was met with a horrible attitude. She didn't want to deal with it. When finally pressed that I was about to jump a flight from our current duty station with family it tow and I would be taking my keys back when I got there so finally made a 'plan' to deal with it.\r \r We were promised inspections and reports and over two years nothing. No photos, no reports. When the tenants PCS'd I get a report with items that were to be addressed 6 months prior. I paid for those items to be fixed, addressed or dealt with by the home warranty and Peach Tree never did. The poor tenants were left hanging and I was never informed.\r \r In addition when asked for photographs of 'issues' they wanted us to pay for they would not provide any - even when they informed us they had them.\r \r I fired them. I am beyond irritated because the new mgt company had to wait 2 weeks to get the keys. After many calls and no responses Peach Tree was TOLD that they new company would be there by a certain time and it was up to them how unprofessional they wanted to look in front of another company in town.\r \r Guess what - those issues they wanted money for didn't even exist. I finally have video of my house - inside and out, I have a team who have been with their company for over 20 years.\r \r Avoid renting from Peach Tree, avoid having your property managed by them as well. We have others in our unit who also PCS'd they have bigger horror stories to tell. We all chose them at the same time and we are all firing them at the same time. more

They was fantastic in helping us find our first home in Fayetteville. We explored many different neighborhoods throughout the Fayetteville area and they gave us the pros and cons for each area-the local school info was invaluable. They always got back to us right away when we called about property listings (even on a holiday weekend!) and made sure we were able to tour potential homes before the open houses. We were very picky, but they stuck it out with us and we ended up with our dream home. more
