From the time we arrived at the boat until the time we departed, it was a fun filled day. We started the trip bait fishing which was successful, and then proceeded to the wreck. Within minutes of bait in the water - we hooked up a black grouper. After that we hooked 5 Amaco Jacks, a couple of snapper, a 20 lb dolphin and finished the day with a sailfish. Our mate Bobby was very good at assisting us with our catch - from the time we hooked up until we had the fish in the boat.\r

Captain Rod is a seasoned captain from Ft Lauderdale and did a great job putting us on the fish. From bottom fishing - to trolling - to live baiting. He definately knows the waters.\r

We are all lady anglers who have fished a lot - but this was one day we will not forget. I can highly recommend Fishing Headquarters if you want to experience a great day on the waters of Fort Lauderdale. Definitely a ""to do"" when you are in the area. Whether you have a half day or a full day to fish - it's worth the trip!
