I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. The owners were very disorganized, losing our payments more than once, and failing to return calls and emails. When a confrontation arose, I was disappointed that professionalism went out the window. I was yelled at more than once over the phone, and there was a constant attitude from that point on. My wedding party noticed it at the rehearsal (awkward!), and on the wedding day they were short with us, being very curt and avoiding eye contact. Bottom line, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by having my wedding there. I was very disappointed. The place is beautiful, but not worth all the unnecessary stress. NOT RECOMMENDED.
