I would NOT recommend Chantilly Country to Satan himself !!!! Don t be fooled by the beautiful location, their Customer Service is bad beyond words. *We did not get the number of table & chairs we paid extra for; the reception hall will not sit over 150 people comfortably. *We did not get the table runners we selected; *Mosquitos were horrible at the Gazebo, we asked if they could spray the day of the wedding. We were told No.....but we could do it ourselves, REALLY! *We were told we would be called for the Brides play day by Pam. We did not receive a call! When WE called and made arrangements we were greeted by Pam and her sick grandson. What kind of business are they running a daycare or a wedding venue? *During the Reheresal, they had three of their grandchilderen running around. *We had to use their catering company. (We were never told the name of the Catering Company) The food was the worst we have ever tasted. Dry chicken, no seasoning on the tators or beans, the bread was stale. *We had to use their DJ, (which is their son), we did not receive the paperwork for the music selection till the night before the wedding. *The DJ was not located in the reception hall where we had asked for him to be setup at. He was in the center area taking up much needed room. *The bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper or paper towels. *Servers were to clear the tables after dinner and they did not. *We had to use their Cake lady, whom you never see in person, all communications are done via email. We had to pay an EXTRA $300 to have color added to the cake, we had to provide our own ribbon, flower and cake topper for the cake. The cake was stale and dry, the filling was colored frosting, not fruit filling. *The brides family along with the grooms family were yelled at several times by the owner Pam. Very unprofessional. *Not all the sockets work in the reception hall. The facility did not provide extension cords. *When signing the contract you are promised the world. Be careful and read the fine print. We were not given a hard copy of the contract at the time of the signing. We only received a generic copy via email. *We had made arrangements with the owners to use their microwave to melt chocolate for the chocolate fountain. But one hour before the wedding were told NO. This put a hugh damper on our plans for the fountain. We had to heat the chocolate via a bunson burner. Not a good experience. We do not recommend Chantilly Country to anyone!
