I would be more than willing to recommend Hank from Action Repair Service. Hank went through the whole process with putting the heater and A/C in, he explained everything, and he accommodated to our older home with a newer machine to properly adapt it. He told my husband about any possible complications and he made them very clear. Although this was our first time with Hank we would definitely use them again.
