Action Repair Service has done everything from refrigeration, stove, and A/C repair. They're actually on the of the few people that actually does appliance repair in the area and are quick to respond. more

I had my heater go out and I called in and they sent someone out right away. Hank our service man was very professional. He fix the problem quick, efficiently, and the price was very fair. I will continue to use this service n recommend them in a heart beat. more

Service?? What Service?? 12/5/2013

Made an appointment one week ago for today. Service Technician was to be at my home between 2 - 4pm ... No call - No show - No nothing. I had to call them at 5pm to find out what was going on. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. If you can't call me to let me know you're running late then you don't respect me or my time. more

Action Repair Service overall was great; it's just that the service was delayed a little bit. I know they're busy, though, and they make up for it with their customer service. When it comes to emergencies, like when the refrigerator's gone down and you need them as soon as possible, there have been a couple times when they were not able to get there as quickly as I would have liked. I understand there are other customers and it's not just me, but for the person who needs an emergency call they might not be the very best. I've used them about three times already. The first time everything was great and that's why I went back. When it comes to the weekend, it may be a little harder to get service done. They have great customer service, though. more

I have used Hank for the past 4 years. I found him searching the internet for repair guys. He has serviced and repaired many things around my house and had done it in record time! He is a master at knowing what the problem is and fixes it on the spot! I am a Country recording artist and Hank has been an inspiration to myself and Southern CA. Next day service during Summer season. 7/8/2013

We have had Hank out to our house in Corona 3 times over the past 8 years for repairs. The unit is the original that came with the house and on its last legs. Each time he was able to come out the next day and get the AC fixed right away. The company doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need and the prices are comparable. more
