Our beat-up 18-year-old toilet gave up the ghost when the tank cracked. We found One Call on the web and called. Within three hours of the first call a new toilet had been installed; they returned two days later to replace another beat up toilet so they matched. Service was courteous and prompt and we are pleased with the new toilets and the work that was done. The next time we need a plumber, we will go with One Call again.
