Purchased new Heat Pump Unit, Home Duct Cleaning, etc. 2/22/2014

Our family, as well as our neighbors, have been using One Call Services since 2011. Their promptness, workmanship and commitment to "the job" is above and beyond expectations. Last Spring, Rob Steiner installed a new Hot Water Tank and recently Mitch Weber has been to our home on several occasions regarding a new roof top unit and duct cleaning. It has been a pleasure working with people who are not only competent and skilled but personable and patient as well. A really good experience! more

My service person was on time, courteous, friendly and thorough. He check and double check and then checked again to make sure there were no leaks. He had a good sense of humor and did the long list of little repairs quickly. more

Was able to diagnose problem quickly 10/8/2013

Only opened up a bit of one wall that was already damaged. He asked questions to get a full picture of the problem. Problem may be two part but took care of obvious problem today. Had to refit tub spout diverter but had necessary tools and piece on hand. All in all tony provided excellent service. more

They called ahead and let me know that Rob would be at my house within 15 minutes. When he arrived he introduced himself before checking the toilet that was leaking. He presented me with options for repair and proceeded to fix the plumbing in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service and overall experience. more

Air Conditioner Duct inspection - had poor air flow 9/18/2013

Tim & Mike came out, on-time, to investigate why half my house was cold and other half was hot. They inspected the air duct thoroughly and found no issues, but noticed the air handler blower motor running slow. Increased the speed and it seemed to fix the problem. Well done guys. Very good job. I will used them again if needed. more
