We scheduled an appoinment with Ellis and he never showed. We left work early and drove 25 mins to meet him. When we called him, he claimed he was down in his back and couldn't find our # to call. When my husband called him on Monday he gave him our # and Ellis state yes I have the # on my phone. We all know that cell phones save #'s when people call, simple process of elimination. Needless to say he didn't seem to concerned about not having our business. And didn't even attempt to reschedule with us. Horrible business acumen.
