HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Called in the morning, they sent a repairman out to my house within 3 hours, that was good. It gets worse....after looking at my icemaker in the refrigerator I am told it is a plumbing issue, them I am told I need a water valve. They will order part, and I will get a call the next day with an estimate. The repairman quickly took the $75 for coming out, yet it is now 6 days later and I still haven't received a call. I have called MANY times, yet nobody answers. Today I am told that they still don't know the cost of the repair, but they will know tomorrow and they will call me. I am not holding my breath. I just wish I took the time to read the reviews here first, so that I could have been spared dealing with this incompetent ""business"", along with the rude female who answers the phone (rarely).\r
